This Cookie Policy sets out the rules for using cookies and similar technologies on the website core-level.com (the “Website”).

1. General provisions

1.1. The owner and controller of the Website is Core-Level sp. z o.o., ul. Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, Poland (KRS 0001090468, NIP 5252994830, REGON 527934690).

1.2. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to work correctly and securely, to remember your privacy and accessibility choices and — only with your consent — to load external media such as Google Maps. The Website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

2. What are cookies?

2.1. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use the Website.

2.2. They make it possible to recognise your device and adapt the Website to your preferences. We treat similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) in the same way as cookies.

3. Types of cookies

Strictly necessary — required for the Website to work correctly and securely, e.g. the login session of administrators, the WordPress test cookie, your consent record (cl-consent in localStorage) and your accessibility settings (cl-a11y in localStorage).
External media — the Google map in the contact section of the homepage. It loads only after you consent to “External media” in the cookie banner or click “Show Google map”.

3.2. The contact form is protected against spam without cookies and without external services: your browser performs a short verification calculation and the server limits the number of messages sent from one IP address.

showing the map with our office location, if you consent to external media.

5. Managing cookies

5.1. You can change cookie settings in your web browser at any time. Depending on the browser, you can:

6. Third-party cookies

6.1. The only third party that may store cookies is Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC, and only when you consent to the Google map. Google’s privacy policy then applies.

6.2. The fonts used on the Website are served from our own server — no data is sent to Google Fonts.

7. Consent

7.1. On your first visit the Website displays a cookie banner with equally visible “Accept all” and “Reject all” buttons and a “Settings” option where you can choose individual categories. Until you decide, only strictly necessary cookies are used and external media are not loaded.

7.2. Your choice is stored in this browser (cl-consent in localStorage) together with its date for 12 months. After that, or if you clear site data, the banner is shown again.

7.3. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or the cookie icon on every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

7.4. Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law — they do not require consent.

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy
